How can I check the status of my order?
- You can check the status of your order by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your order confirmation email.

- As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email after my payment has been processed?

How do I change or cancel my order?
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at clippersteamstore@clippers.com.
- Note: Once your order has reached a certain point in processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as at clippersteamstore@clippers.com soon as possible for any changes or cancellations.
How long does it take to process my order?
- Most domestic orders are processed within 3 business days from your date of purchase. An email will be sent to you containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Delivery times on international orders may vary based on your location. An email will be sent to you containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered after I receive my shipping confirmation email?
- Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1 week from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
How are shipping rates determined?
- Shipping charges are calculated based on real-time calculation from USPS and DHL.
Do you offer international shipping and how can I check if you deliver to my location?
- We offer international shipping to 164 countries and regions. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout, and our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

What is your return policy?
- We gladly accept returns for all eligible items purchased from clippershq.com within 14 days of purchase. Your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition with tags attached.

How can I exchange a product I purchased?

- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at clippersteamstore@clippers.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item.
- Please note – you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and product must be unworn & unwashed to be eligible for a refund.
